Founded in 1991 by designer Meiric, SEED Design is a modern lighting company headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, with a distribution facility in Seattle, WA, that manufactures and designs all of its own products. Beginning with just a few sketches, Meiric launched his first lamp in 1992 and by 1997 established his own factory to ensure the highest quality standards. SEED lives by the philosophy that their products embody Simplicity, Elegance, Eternity, and Delight – creating not just lighting, but happiness and illuminated dreams.
