Terms and Conditions

Unless specifically indicated otherwise: freight charges are additional and freight method is selected at the discretion of the factory; sales tax will be added where appropriate; bulbs are not included; and all fixtures are 120V. Prices shown are subject to change; projected ship date will be confirmed after order is placed. Full prepayment is required at the time the order is placed. Orders placed via this website can ship only to locations within the continental U.S. Shipment to other locations can be handled by calling our main office directly at 404-876-1064 to speak directly with one of our sales associates.

All fixtures are warranted to be free from defects in materials & workmanship for one year from date of shipment, unless specifically indicated otherwise. During this one-year period, factories will repair/replace at their discretion products proven to be defective.

All cartons must be inspected at time of delivery and Illuminations Lighting must be notified of any damage due to shipment within 72 hours in order to file a claim for freight damage. All original packaging must be retained (and damaged item(s)/part(s) must remain in the box) at the original delivery location. If claim-related items are instructed to be returned and a replacement item is sent, the item to be returned must be received by the factory in approved condition or charges will apply for the replacement.

Standard products are subject to each factory’s cancellation/return policy and may or may not be cancellable/returnable. If cancellable, cancellations fees may apply.

Products approved to be returned may be subject to restock fees. All products approved to be returned will need to be in original packaging and cannot have been installed. No items can be returned until official return instructions have been provided and return of product is the responsibility of the customer. Credit will be issued at Illuminations Lighting‘s discretion based on the factory’s inspection of the returned item.

Custom, Modified, Special-order and Final Sale items/quantities are non-cancellable and non-returnable and payments are non-refundable.

Any bulbs provided with fixtures are included as special courtesy only and, as such, cannot be returned and they are excluded from warranty and claim terms.

Illuminations Lighting values its customers and is committed to protecting their privacy. Personal information requested and provided for completion of orders submitted are kept safe via encryption technology. Your e-mail address will be used only for communicating with you about your order or notifying you of updates, additions, or news concerning our website. We will not distribute your personal information to any other institution.
